I am a sixteen year old girl, named Megan. I am currently a Sophomore at a small Christian school, and I dance regularly (modern, jazz, and ballet). Ever since I can remember I have loved China. Everything about it--the culture, people, history, etc. I remember always wanting to borrow books from the library on China's history, and my favorite Disney movie was Mulan (We would have to rent it every time we went to Blockbuster) :). When I was 9 my family started to pray about adoption, and because of my strong ties to China, we decided to adopted my two sisters from China in 2005 and 2007 (my dream come true, to have a little sister from my favorite country!). I was fortunate enough to travel both times to China when we adopted them, and I absolutely loved it.
Last year I had a chance to go on a mission trip to Chenzhou, China. I absolutely loved it... everything about it. You can read more about it here. I am so excited to have this opportunity to go back to this orphanage this summer and visit these children, once more. :)
